Define: At the first Stage we would understand the client need. Draft the exact job description.


Search: The next stage would be to Search the right profile. T’Support would search from the Candidature long list; run offshore search, and shortlist the candidate. The process includes

  • Leverage and Recruitment
  • Headhunting and Database access to source suitable files

 

Select: The next Stage would be selecting the right person for the right job. This involves levels of interviews and a final sign off for the perfect suite. The parameters in selection include

  • Check for technical & soft skill competencies
  • Gauging compatibility on communication, cultural & leadership skills
  • Compensation and joining availability
  • Gauge interest levels

  • Recommending the candidate and mediate accordingly.
  • Apply Client instructions and prompt feedback
